TENTATIVE BOOKINGS: All tentative bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. After this time the date will not be held. Extensions will need to be granted.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: To confirm your booking a 30% deposit of the total amount quoted will be required 14 days from the Invoice Date. All deposits are non refundable. In the case of postponed events, arrangements may be agreed for an alternative date.  Bank details can be found at the bottom of our invoice.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS, eg. Christmas & New Year:  All event dates that take place on a public holiday or long weekend will incur a 15% surcharge of the total booking cost.

MIDNIGHT PACKDOWNS: All events that require Dreamweaver Celebrations to pack down all hire items after midnight will incur a 30% surcharge on labour costs.  Please confirm with your venue if this is a requirement of theirs.

FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of your account is payable 28 days prior to the event date. Payment methods include cash or bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS:  If cancellation occurs within 28 days prior to the event, full payment will have been received and will be non refundable.  All cancellations made outside the 28 days prior to the event will receive a refund of any monies paid minus the booking the booking deposit.  All cancellations must be notified in writing.  In the case of postponed events, arrangements may be agreed for an alternative date.

SECURITY BOND: A security bond is required to cover all hire items. The hirer is responsible for any loss, damage or breakage of hire items (including packaging items). All lost or damaged goods will be charged for at full present day replacement cost. Any wax, burns, ink/stains or heavy food soiling on table cloths or other linen will be charged a fee for specialized cleaning. Aisle runners that are returned in soiled condition will be charged a cleaning fee for specialized cleaning. Bond refunds will be returned to the hirer by bank transfer on return of hire items in good condition.

CHANGE OF WEATHER: In the event of extreme winds, Dreamweaver Celebrations has the right to refuse the use of umbrellas, flags etc., if it is deemed unsafe to the general public. Ceremonies that are affected by adverse weather conditions may be set up at alternative venues, however 5 hours notice is required. In these circumstances, Dreamweaver Celebrations will not be held responsible for anything which does not go as originally planned.

CHANGE OF DATE:  Should you choose to change your original date to an alternative date, Dreamweaver Celebrations will make every effort to make themselves available but no guarantee or responsibility will be given if the new date is unavailable.  A penalty fee of $100 will be incurred with any change of dates.

CHANGE OF VENUE: No change of venue can be made without specific written confirmation that an agreement has been made with Dreamweaver Celebrations to perform agreed ceremony set up at the new venue.  Photos and maps must be provided and a person to person conversation with Dreamweaver Celebrations must take place to secure your written agreement.  Responsibility for obtaining a written agreement belongs with the client.  If this agreement is not obtained and signed, there will be no guarantee of having your ceremony set u at a venue other than the first agreed to by Dreamweaver Celebrations.  This agreement does not apply to change of venue due to adverse weather conditions (please see Change of Weather conditions above).

PERMITS: All clients are responsible for gaining the appropriate permits at the event location. A copy of the event permit is required 14 days prior t the event. Dreamweaver Celebrations does not accept any responsibility for clients not adhering to permit regulations.

PHOTOGRAPHS: In accepting the quote, the client agrees to the possibility of photos being taken at their event for the purpose of advertising.

CONFIRMATION OF GUEST NUMBERS AND HIRE ITEMS: Confirmation of guest numbers and hire items will need to be confirmed 28 days prior to your event.  If any items are to be custom made or specially purchased or ordered for your event by Dreamweaver Celebrations, these items will need to be paid for at the time of booking.  If items are added after your booking date, these will need to be arranged with Dreamweaver Celebrations and paid for at least 28 days prior to your event to make sure the items are available in time for your event.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS:  Dreamweaver Celebrations recommends confirming all your requirements at the time of booking to avoid disappointment as all stock may not be available at a future time due to other bookings.

BEACH CEREMONIES:  Please note, if the temperature on the day of your beach ceremony is over 38 degrees, or there are extreme wind conditions, Dreamweaver Celebrations has the right to refuse set up on the beach.  Dreamweaver Celebrations will set up an alternative ceremony venue as previously discussed.  Please note, Silk Rose Petals must not be used at outdoor venues.

RUBBISH REMOVAL:  Dreamweaver Celebrations will not be responsible for the cleaning up of Silk Petals, Plastic Bottles or any other rubbish that may be left behind at your venue.

INDEMNITY: The hirer hereby indemnifies and holds indemnified Dreamweaver Celebrations from and against all claims, actions, demands and expenses in any way arising from injury, death, loss of income or damage caused to the hirer or the associated users in respect of the equipment hired.

By paying your deposit with Dreamweaver Celebrations you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
